“Amity” MEANS FRIENDSHIP

The Quambatook Amity Club is a group of fun loving ladies who meet monthly, usually at the Quambatook Hotel, with occasional visits out of town to restaurants or other events which take our interest.

Our ladies’ club has contributed in many ways to the Community since we formed in 1983.

Our major fund raising activity is selling soft drinks at the annual Easter Quambatook Tractor Pull. Amity generously supports Quambatook community groups and individuals with donations or by supporting functions and activities. Amity also gives donations to other worthy groups and organisations who support those who are vulnerable or in need.

Amity hosts Quambatook’s Community Christmas in the Street each year which is one of the highlights on our calendar. It is always lovely to see family and friends returning for Christmas. The Lions Club helps out too by cooking the BBQ.

We warmly welcome anyone who would like to become a member, to share our friendship, and make a worthwhile commitment to Quambatook and the wider community.

We meet on the 4th Thursday of each month at 7.00pm.
